I just waited over an hour for a pork chop at MATILDA / baby ATLAS that the waitress told me was dropped on the floor and had to be remade.
The group I was with finished their meals about 20min before my food was even ready, so I had to have the new pork chop made to-go.
The waitress only offered me 25% off my pork chop, and I told the waitress I didn't think I should have to pay for it since it took about 40min longer than it should have and I wasn't even going to be able to eat it at the restaurant.
Then, she brought over the to-go bag after and literally dangled the food in front of me and said, "We'll it's right here if you want it for 25% off."
Extremely bad customer service... my first time there and also my last.
