The folks behind the uber-popular M. Henry have spawned a sibling cafe, M. Henrietta, located in the former Standee's space in Edgewater. But unlike the flagship, this spin-off also serves dinner in addition to breakfast, lunch and brunch. Look for tried-and-true classics from the original location's menu, like bliss cakes and the `killer' fried egg sandwich, along with some new choices, such as the red roast pork bahn mi sandwich (with sweet and tangy shredded red roast pork, topped with Asian sesame slaw, piled high on a warm baguette). Vegetarian-friendly options abound, with the Country Nut Meatloaf available both as a plated dinner entree served with swiss chard and mashed rutabegas or as a sandwich on multi-grain bread for lunch. A dessert menu and outdoor dining area are in the works.
