Opening on May 22, the Lincoln Park location of the Belgian bakery chain will serve a variety of tartines - open-faced sandwiches - along with soups, salads, eggs, pastries, coffee and tea. In the evening you can stop in for a plate of cheese or charcuterie and a glass of organic wine or Belgian beer. A communal table, made of reclaimed wood and set with condiments including jams, chocolate spreads and olive oil, serves as the center of the space. You can also buy pantry items and cookware to take home.
