With a cut of steak like entrana (skirt steak) and rib-eye, there is no need to drown it in a very sodium rich marinate. But I guess if you find the find to use the marinate, cut back on the salt. The only thing that helps you get through the salt feast are the bland potatoes that come with the dishes. Even the yuca and rice are over salted. Would never return, unless I went with blood pressure medication and a pitcher of water! YUCK!
