After seven years River North's La Madia reopened with a new name and expanded menu from chef Jonathan Fox including salumi, prosciutto, cheeses, antipasti such as lobster bruschetta with lemon aioli plus soups and salads. The signature wood-fired pizzas are still then, but now you can also try nine housemade pasta dishes. The global wine list offers 200 varieties and the drink selection also includes bottled cocktails and craft beers. The revamped space features reclaimed wooden tables, communal seating and a new bar flanked by wooden shelves housing the liquor collection.
