This Little Village restaurant serves homemade Jalisco-style traditional Mexican fare like tamales and carnitas. Fajitas and enchiladas are offered at dinnertime, along with a popular rich dip of pico de gallo mixed with melted chihuahua cheese. During Lent, La Justica serves seasonal meat-free dishes; however, you can order one of its 15 seafood plates such as the spicy caldo de mariscos -- year-round. The restaurant offers take-out, or you're welcome to have a seat, sip on a tomato juice, hot sauce and beer-infused michelada drink and check out the framed portraits of Mexican historical figures like Poncho Villa or watch a boxing match on the eatery's big screen TV.
