This fresh fast-food spot with a catch name serves up -- you guessed it -- kabobs. This location is the first of several to open in the Chicago area in 2007. For appetizers, you'll find hummus and yogurt-based soups. The kabob menu is packed with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors, from spicy chicken to char-broiled lamb. All kabob sandwiches are served with lettuce, tomato and feta cheese on fresh, clay oven-baked bread.
