Chef-restauranteurs B.K. Park (Arami) and Jason Chan (Urban Union) teamed up for this Lincoln Park sushi spot named after Park's son. The spacious 80-seater will accommodate a 30-foot sushi bar and limited rotating seasonal cocktails. The restaurant also plans to host a chef dinner one Sunday a month and plans to open in April. Editor's Note: As of Jan. 24, Juno is temporarily closed due to fire.
