Former Ichiban chef Toshi Motegi is behind this take on the Japanese drinking spot which serves traditional bites such as fermented soybean mix, smoky chicken gizzards, soy-glazed shitake mushrooms and tonkotsu ramen. Sake is available by the cup or bottle. The dining room features a bamboo-lined bar, maple-colored flooring, white pendant lamps and fairly bare walls. Tables are dotted with flickering candles.
