The newly remodeled Hotel Florence, originally completed in 1881, is a striking structure built in the Queen Anne style. The first floor includes the dining areas, as well as the hotel's ornate front desk and bellhop station. The main dining room preserves the hotel's late 19th Century elegance. The second floor includes the suite where George Pullman stayed when he visited the model workers' town he created.
