Metromix does not have a response function; but I wanted to point out an unfair and inaccurate review on 11/19/12.
Thank you for coming in today. Our weekends are very busy and we had your order available eight minutes after the rest of the orders were presented to your party--not thirty minutes. Our popularity is due to our speedy service and excellent food which is a testament to your continued patronage over the years. Your food was ready to give to you, however you canceled your order. You and your party then spent another 25 minutes sitting down while you could have eaten your food. We immediately took your meal off the bill. I gave you an apology and explanation when the bill was payed. You stated that you would not coming back. There was nothing wrong with today's food. Our ingredients are plentiful. Our club sandwiches come with mayo; dressing can be ordered if requested. You were not charged for additional condiments. As I told you, I'm truly sorry for our eight minute tardiness. I wish you a pleasant Holiday season.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have been there on bizzy times but never been treated like this.
4 of us have met there once a month or so for several years but this is the last. First one of us ordered an egg white and broccoli omelet. It had just few smallish pieces of broccoli for almost 10 bucks. The club sandwich one of us ordered came with no dressing of any kind, had to ask for some. I think we were charged for it. The soup was good as normal. My table mates were done with their meal and mine hadn't even arrived yet so I canceled my order. It was one of there specials and I thought there shouldn't have been a problem (how long does it take to fry up some eggs and toast). The wait staff didn't seem to care, I got one "it will be out in a couple of min.", 30 min. later still no food. When I went up to pay the guy behind the counter said "we took off your meal" , I thought yes since I didn't get it. No explanation, no apology, no going back.
IHOP is across the street and has no problem with food.or service.
