This gourmet hot dog truck carts house-made sausages that each have an upscale twist. The line-up of encased meats includes Chicken Masala, The Pabst Brat, Thai Turkey, BBQ Bison and a Moroccan lamb dog called the Lamb Marrakesh. The old construction road coach (similar to the look of The Meatyballs Mobile) will prowl the streets during lunchtime hours and at ballgames, hawking a dog, truffle chips and a drink for about $10.
