Blink and you might miss this small, family-operated Korean soup restaurant in Lincoln Square, which has pretty much one and only one specialty: ox-bone soup, or sul lung tang. The hearty dish includes a dense broth that simmers for hours, a generous portion of glass noodles and tender slices of beef, and chopped green onions and chili pepper paste for seasoning. The milky soup can be filled with meat from the entire cow--brisket, spleen, tendons, intestines and even tongue--and the dish is accompanied by a small bowl of rice. Side dish favorites include diced pickled radish and whole cabbage kimchi. Though the spot is BYOB, be sure to try the signature hot roasted-corn tea.
