When this Loop eatery opens in summer 2012, it'll offer the same reasonably priced, traditional Mexican dishes as owner Frank Morales Jr.'s two La Cocina locations and South Loop Spanglish restaurant--served for $10 or less. Meals are made using locally grown produce from nearby Illinois and Indiana farms. However, the drinks are decidedly more well-traveled: Hambre has traditional Mexican coke, in bottles, for sale, along with six Mexican beers, including Corona, Sol and Dos Equis, plus several domestics.
