A week ago, I went to Giordano's around 11pm hoping to order a deep dish pizza and fries. The red-haired female server who took my order had a horrible attitude and it seemed like a bother to her to take my order.

Then, she made the order eat-in instead of take-out and the night MANAGER -- a short male with dark hair -- came over to my friend and I saying, "You all messed this up. Are you eating in? Because my restaurant is closed to dining in, right now." And, I responded, "Excuse me. WE didn't mess anything up. We told your employee we were ordering take out and you should not speak to paying customers in that manner."

To make a long story short, the both my friend and I canceled our orders and were refunded our money because we were not going to pay for HORRIBLE service. The WORST service I have ever received. We were treated like lepers and those two staff members should be fired.

If I were the owner of the Giordano's in Hyde Park and overheard how my employees spoke to paying, well-mannered customers, their jobs would have been terminated on the spot.

Especially, when we could easily take our money, elsewhere, and get more bang for our buck.
