Named after Executive Chef Gaetano Di Benedetto, the restaurant incorporates the Sicilian flavors of its namesake's hometown into its menu. Guests can enjoy classics, such as antipasti (one has carpaccio with arugula, parmigiano and mushrooms), spicy shrimp bisque, thinly sliced veal scaloppine, and Italian sausage. Diners looking to partake in a meal full of robust flavors can enjoy the Chef's Choice Tasting Menu ($70 per person, four courses, family style) or the Gaetapas Tasting Menu ($50 per person, three courses, mini version of the chef's choice). Don't forget dessert: the Italian joint serves homemade sorbet, tiramisu and other classic Italian desserts for just $7 a pop.
