Celeb chef (and "MasterChef" judge) Graham Elliot has opened his third restaurant. The name stands for "Graham Elliot Bistro" and Elliot describes it as the opposite of his higher-end River North restaurant Graham Elliot in that it will forgo multi-course tastings for an a la carte menu with simple, three-ingredients-or-fewer entrees for $20 or less. Expect weekday lunch, dinner every day, brunch on the weekends and a loud and lively music-driven vibe. Jacob Saben, who has worked in the kitchen at Graham Elliot since opening, serves as chef de cuisine. And in the summer, get psyched for this: "There's going to be a huge courtyard in the back that we're sharing with the Nellcote guys next door and their champagne bar. I think it's going to be the coolest spot on Randolph. It literally feels like you're in the 1800s in London, like cobblestone and its really enclosed by all these buildings, so its really secluded."
