This Lincoln Park spot is a neighborhood pub with a nice outside patio and reasonable prices. It serves brunch, lunch and dinner. Lunch items range from $8 to $15; dinner items from $11 to $30. Prime-aged steak and seafood such as whitefish and crab cakes are popular. Sunday brunch here always pairs well with the bar's 16-ounce bloody mary.

During warmer months, dine or get a drink in the large outdoor garden. Try any of the 16 beers on tap and 20 in bottles (ask about the beer of the month). The wine list -- 50 by the bottle and 12 by the glass -- covers Australia, New Zealand Oregon and California.

Sports fan? You can always catch a local game on T.V. here, or stop by for live music Friday nights. Trivia happens every Wednesday, with karaoke on Thursdays and Saturdays.
