Fion Wine & Spirits offers some of the most customized and creative cocktails in the bar world. Classic cocktails and wine are mainstays on Fion's menu, but with the broad selection of unique liquors and ingredients, Fion bartenders began to experiment, creating craft cocktails specific to each unique customer. Fion takes the time to discover the tastes its customers like and combine them in unique fashions. If these various recipes were written down, there would be hundreds of variants on classic Manhattans, Martinis, Gimlets, Flips, Nogs, Margaritas and others.
Graham Crowe, bartender at Fion, states, “Having bartended here for a few years, I have an intimate appreciation for the place. Fion was opened as a place to house our beautiful Enomatic Wine machines. The Enomatic system is capable of preserving an open bottle of wine for up to a month and this is especially important because we love to drink wine!”
Often times, the people who frequent Fion will discover that it is something of a Bar1 V.I.P. lounge. Owners, managers, bartenders, servers and door staff from all the Bar1 bars like to stop in for a special drink. The creators of Fion learned quickly that it takes something special to serve those who serve drinks for a living.
“We began to stock unique and hard to come by beers, liquors and ingredients,” Graham added. “Show bartenders something they have never had and it's the first thing they want! Fion houses something unique in the bar world - creative freedom - and we invite everyone to come in and let us create a custom cocktail for them on any night of the week.”
