Formerly known as Flour and Bones, X-Marx supper club founders Adrienne Lo and Abraham Conlon recently opened this dinner-only restaurant in Logan Square, drawing on Euro-Asian influences that come out in dishes like a verbena-poached peach with Thai basil, chili clam with sofrito and black bean and arroz gordo (fat rice) with tea egg and turmeric chicken. In summer 2015, the spot plans to add a cocktail lounge and Chinese bakery that will serve small snacks at night, providing a grab-and-go experience alongside the more traditional restaurant.
