Order by checking off what you'd like on a paper menu attached to a clipboard. Cooks then prepare your meal in the open kitchen, finishing it off with whichever condiments you select from a behind-the-counter array of spinach and feta spread, mushrooms and other toppings. If you’d like to dine in, the restaurant offers counter seating and tables; or, if you'd prefer to take your eats home, the cooks will pack your order into a styrofoam to-go container.
