Estate Ultra Bar, Chicago’s social dining and bar restaurant in West Town, is introducing its gazebo on the side patio. Following the opening of its SkyDeck, Chicago’s largest open air rooftop restaurant and lounge, Estate will also be opening the gazebo.
"The gazebo will be a great option for private parties and corporate events," Mike Mabi of Estate said. "Guests will enjoy being outside yet protected from the elements."
The gazebo is located on the north side of Estate’s property and will feature two levels. The upper level will be enclosed and will offer a fireplace and banquettes, while the lower patio will be exposed but may be covered by a canopy. This will allow the use the gazebo during inclement weather and the cooler fall and spring days.
Centrally located in Chicago, Estate is minutes away from bustling neighborhoods River North, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Bucktown and the West Loop. The venue is easily accessible off the Division Street exit of I-90/94 and is on a unique strip of Elston Avenue that features free street parking, soon-to-be implemented bike lanes and is adjacent to the Chicago River.
