Chicago’s ESTATE is announcing the spring opening of its Terrace, its outdoor spaces that will allow patrons to enjoy food, drinks and companions outside.
“The Terrace is the first of four outdoor spaces that ESTATE will have available for al fresco dining and drinking in the former Life's Too Short Space. It's the most intimate of the four spaces and overlooks the river,” Mike Mabi of ESTATE said.
ESTATE is currently revamping the previously vacant Life’s Too Short building, and this particular balcony hasn’t been open the past seven years. The Terrace is available for private parties and bottle service and is perfect for happy hour or a brunch date.
Centrally located in the great city of Chicago, ESTATE is minutes away from the bustling neighborhoods of River North, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park/Bucktown and the West Loop. The venue is easily accessible off the Division Street exit of I-90 and is on a unique strip of Elston Avenue that features free street parking, soon-to-be implemented bike lanes and is adjacent to the Chicago River.

ESTATE focuses on social dining and drinking with a dining menu that features seasonal American fare and Executive Chef Chris Turano's playful approach. Available for weekend brunch, lunch, dinner and late, most plates are presented in sharable portions but are hearty enough for one.
