Been driving past this place for years wondering if something would ever come of this place. Live in Wicker Park. Fun staff. Was pleasantly surprised by the food. Will be back again.

Im 5'6" and 120 lbs. I was recommended by my cousin to go to estate (night club/ bar) her friend martin is the owner. I ask the door guy "saudi" if he's available to say hi and he tells me Martin is no body then he tells me I'm no body and fat. I waited 5 minutes to get a drink when the place is empty and can't afford to post a sign to market it self. This place sucks! Avoid estate! Unless you like trash service!

Located on prime riverfront real estate and offering incredible views of Chicago's skyline, ESTATE is a "social dining + drinking" destination featuring Chef Chris Turano's playful approach to seasonal American fare. Most plates on The Dining Menu are hearty enough for one, but are presented in sharing portions -for a true social dining experience.
The Drinking Menu has original cocktail recipes created with modern techniques by Mixologist Dan De Los Monteros, plus specialty 'Skinny' drinks available by the glass and carafe. In addition to innovative beverages, ESTATE also has 26 tap handles with craft, specialty, domestic and import beers, plus a well-rounded global wine and champagne selection.
Centrally located in Chicago, ESTATE is minutes away from bustling neighborhoods River North, Old Town, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Bucktown and the West Loop. The venue is easily accessible off the Division Street exit of I-90/94 and is on a unique strip of Elston Avenue that features free street parking, soon-to-be implemented bike lanes and is adjacent to the Chicago River.
Dedicated themed rooms divide the 8,000 square foot establishment, including: the Atrium with vaulted ceiling, the Living Room & Dining Room with river view, elevated Front Room, and wood-paneled Trophy Room. ESTATE recently opened the first of three exterior spaces, the Terrace, which overlooks the river. Opening later this Spring will be the semi-enclosed Gazebo with a patio and the Sky Deck -the largest rooftop lounge & restaurant Chicago has to offer.
Additionally, each space is available for private parties. Numerous TVs throughout ESTATE, including two 70” flat-screens, will play sporting & pop culture TV events. Boat docks are planned to be ready for this Summer.
