Inspired by the natural beauty that shows through when wood is cut, this new American restaurant in Roscoe Village will have a menu featuring simple food made from fresh ingredients. Biscuit sandwiches and donuts with La Colombe coffee will be served in the early hours, and rotating seasonal dishes will be served for brunch and dinner. The restaurant plans to open in June 2013.
