Chef power couple David and Anna Posey have stepped out of other people's kitchens and have opened up their own Noridc-influenced New American restaurant. The seasonal menu features an 8-course tasting menu with or without wine pairings. Dishes include smoked trout with radish and potato, soft scrambed eggs with confit chicken thigh and crispy grains, and celeriac risotto with hazelnuts, sherry, and black truffle.  Art is featured throughout from David's brother, Mark Posey. Anna designed the wallpaper and the elevator features her work as well.  Patrons can enjoy cocktails in the outdoor patio featuring reclaimed brick, an edible garden, fireplace and evergreens.
