A red neon pig in the front window is a good visual precursor to what lies inside this tiny carnitas joint: pork, and lots of it. Fried pig skin is displayed in a glass case near the entrance. Behind the case lies the magic: hunks of pork shoulder (and various other parts of the pig) marinated and roasted in lard until they practically shred themselves. Order by the pound to take home or get a smaller amount and dine-in with the locals.
