Dolce's Pizzeria & Wine Bar attracts a mix of teenagers, families and couples. The menu features Italian classics with an international flair, including small plates and eight-inch Naples-style thin-crust pizzas that are meant to be shared with the table. Executive chef Ryan Wombacher, formerly chef de cuisine at Topaz, makes nearly all his supplies in house, including the pizza dough, sauces, pastas and cured meats. The Mediterranean pizza, topped with peppers, onions, spinach and pancetta, is a favorite. Pair it with one of 25 wines available by the glass or bottle, or one of 10 varieties of beer.
