Taking a page from LA's Kogi trucks, Del Seoul brings Korean barbecue tacos to Lincoln Park. The casual concept focuses on contemporary Korean street food, including dumplings, rice dishes (bibim bop and more) and banh mi-style sandwiches made with a choice of chicken, shrimp, beef or pork. Keeping with the casual vibe, the interior will be decorated with video screens that project the eatery's concise menu. Prices are street food-inspired too--it will be easy to get a full meal for $10 or less. This June, Del Seoul hopes to be finished with its plans to expand into the space next door to better accomodate late-night and weekend crowds.
