Gluten-free desserts 5 years in the making. After making her desserts throughout several Chicago area restaurants, Johanna Van Dorf has opened her own bakery.  Her brownie recipe alone took years to perfect and she has since mastered a wide variety of gluten-free treats.  Menu items are given crafty names and feature "Hide it From the Kids PB&J Bars", "7th Heaven Seven Layer Bars", and "Ain't No Lemon Lemon Bars". Opening in February.
