On the Indian side, look for favorites such as chicken tikka masala, palak paneer and samosas. The Nepalese portion of the menu offers appetizers such as momo (a traditional steamed dumpling) and chhoela (marinated boneless chicken roasted in a clay oven), as well as entrees like gorkhali khasi (goat meat cooked on the bone in a Nepalese spice blend) and aalu tama ra bodi (potatoes, bamboo shoots and black-eyed peas).
