This new American restaurant is all about the pairings. Dine on small plates like white popcorn with parmesan and Thai chili oil, and Maine lobster mac and cheese inside this 75-person dining room, with a menu that pairs each dish with a three-ounce wine selection, five-ounce beer selection and two-ounce cocktail selection. Cured meats, flat breads and cheese selections are available as well, along with medium plates consisting of pasta, fish, salad and meat entrees. Feeling hungry? Head straight for the large plates and choose between a ribeye, braised pork shoulder, fried chicken and grilled bass.
