This new barbecue joint - with other outposts in La Grange and Naperville - smokes up regional barbecue favorites like Texas brisket, Memphis chicken wings and Carolina pulled pork, served with sweet, spicy or tangy sauces and classic sides like cornbread, macaroni and cheese and baked beans with brisket. The joint also features options such as burnt ends, spicy sausage and babyback ribs. Previously open just in the suburbs, the spot has been Michelin-endorsed.
