This rustic, brick-walled Wicker Park eatery, from Mia Francesca restaurateur Scott Harris, sports the same name as before but is serving a new menu, wine list and seating options. Executive Chef Larry Tio's small plate servings include pizzas, pastas, salads, antipasti and other Italian offerings made using secondary cuts of meat and seasonal ingredients. The wine list features a focus on eco-friendly, affordable options--many come in bio-dynamic or organic bottles or offered as glass pours; a wood bar in the main dining area features craft beers and specialty cocktails. Patrons can sit at the bar or share a private or communal table--or opt for the seats near the accordion windows that face Milwaukee Avenue, which will be open during warm weather.
