Chef John Caputo recently revamped the gastropub menu to include hearty plates in all sizes, with starters like lamb meatballs, deviled farm eggs and duck confit. Upscale comfort-food entrees include steak and ale pie, wild boar meatloaf and cauliflower steak, and desserts like apple pie with Wisconsin cheddar end the meal on a satisfying Midwestern note.
