The restaurant will serve brunch only, seven days a week, to begin. Dinner and cocktail service will follow up several weeks later. The menu will include a Gas Station Sandwich of egg, grape jelly and hashbrowns on a house-made English muffin (by pastry chef Angela Diaz, formerly of Trenchermen and Trench), milk toast (jazzed up with coconut, jam and Mexican chocolate ice cream) and griddle cakes with pork shoulder.
