All of our meats are smoked on-site at each restaurant, hand rubbed with spices, and take upwards of 18 hours to become pure barbeque perfection. Our employees prepare our sides throughout the day from scratch in the restaurant and give it the same attention they would give to their own family. This is barbeque in its truest form, created by people who are dedicated to doing it right. The Deerfield location is able to welcome about 90 folks in the dining room at a time, with room for another 50 on the patio.More than 97% of everything served at City Barbeque is made in-house, daily. City Barbeque Orland Park has already won People’s Choice award at The Bridge Teen Center’s Chefs’ Auction, one of Orland Park’s longest-running charitable events. Three state-of-the-art smokers run 24 hours a day, seven days week to ensure an endless supply of delicious barbeque.
