This casual Logan Square eatery isn't your average Chi-town pizzeria. The owners are focused on giving the neighborhood a taste of typical Naples cuisine, and almost all of the ingredients, from cheeses to flour, are imported from Italy. Gnocchi and other homemade pastas are paired with pesto, puttanesca and other traditional sauces, and the thin-crust pizzas are carefully crafted by a fourth-generation pizzamaker from Naples and fired in a custom-built wood-burning brick oven. If you're hoping to sink your teeth into something sweet, Ciao Napoli also offers several homemade desserts, including tiramisu, chocolate mousse and one made using pizza crust, Nutella and seasonal fruits.
