Named for the capitol of China's Sichuan Province, Chengdu Impression imports peppers and chile oil to flavor its traditional spicy dishes including double-fried pork intestine, stewed rabbit and hot wok frog. The restaurant also caters to timid taste buds by offering kung pao shrimp, garlic prawns and cashew chicken. A sushi bar, open every night except Tuesday, offers traditional maki, specialty rolls, teriyaki and tempura.
