The 275-seat restaurant (that number includes the lounge and outdoor seating) is the brainchild of veteran chef and restaurateur Mark Grimes. The restaurant has a very modern look, but a relaxed feel. Fish is brought in from the Mediterranean and Chef Grimes plans to use as many Mediterranean ingredients as possible. That philosophy extends to the wine list, currently consisting of 100 all-Italian bottles. The restaurant features a retail market offering customers a chance to buy products used in the restaurant. A special wood-burning grill turns out grilled fish and other proteins; a pizza oven produces Roman-style pizzas.
