Chicago's first vodka distillery in an 8,000 square-foot West Loop building is a small plates bar by Jesse Katzman (formerly of Avec), which will pair with in-house spirits made from Illinois grain, as well as gin, rum and whiskey options. Fancy names for fancy cocktails like The Baron Takes Tea includes early grey infused gin, lemon, simple syrup, egg white and soda, while the Czech Mate has cinnamon/spiced infused vodka, grapefruit juice and honey syrup. Classic cocktails like a Moscow Mule and Gin & Tonic are also available. Find shitake pate, corned duck, caviar and charcuterie options on the menu, and dessert options like panna cotta.
