This is the most horrible place I've ever been to!!! So My boyfriend and I went into to Cesar's to have a nice diner after the Cub's game today (I live a block away on Halsted and Briar). We sat down at the bar, ordered our drinks and our food. My boyfriend, noticing his phone was almost dead, asked the bartender if he could charge his phone. The bartender told him to ask the manager in the front of the restaurant. He left to go ask the manager and disappeared for a few minutes. He came back noticably upset saying that they refused. Maybe a minute later an older man comes up, takes our drinks and tells us to "Get out! We don't want your kind here!"! Can you belive that?! What does "your kind" mean?! Paying customers you mean?! This place will probably fail it's next sanitation test!
