The traditional Lebanese menu at Cedars offers a broad variety of choices including shish te-wook, a chicken and veggie kebab and fatet makdoos, sauteed eggplant with tomatoes, green peppers, onions, herbs and spices served on toasted pita bread and topped with homemade yogurt and pine nuts. Lighter selections include hummus, falafel, stuffed grape leaves (dolma) and kibbeh, shells of cracked wheat stuffed with lamb, pine nuts and onions.
