The flagship location of the Chicago area chain that started in Skokie in 1977 features brick walls, three fireplaces, a black ceramic tile floor -- and, of course, its famous rich, chewy ribs, smoked with natural hickory. Other menu items include a bone-in barbecue pork chop and crock of cornbread that fees two to three people. While waiting for your table, you may either watch sports on the televisions in the large bar or scan the hundreds of autographed photos of sports, media and entertainment personalities decorating the walls.
