I will NEVER go to the DOWNERS GROVE location again nor will the 60 guest who recently attended my bridal shower in March 2013. The General Manager, Genti Mesi, should not be allowed in the service industry and I hope the owner (Joe Carlucci) learns how he is treating his customers. Due to the situation that occurred my fiance and I completed a police report and even tried reaching out to their "corporate" offices when we were told by Linda (accountant) that we must be lying and she refused to let us get into contact with Genti's boss/owner.
Our bridal shower should have been a happy memory for me and my family but instead it was tarnished by the GM who swore, yelled and accused me and my fiance of terrible things. His inability to control his poor behavior is a reminder to NEVER go to Carlucci's again.
I am writing this review to ensure customers planning on hosting an event or even going to the DOWNERS GROVE location for a nice dinner to be aware of the poor customer service, rude behavior and foul language.
