Working from recipes that date back three generations, Briggs has been serving up platefuls of smoked meats drenched in lemon-honey, hickory, hot and mild Boss Sauce for more than 28 years. His Avalon Park spot offers live jazz and R&B and hours that extend late into the night. Order at the counter, then grab a table and join in the fun.
