This venerable New England-inspired restaurant, which is located in the historic Drake Hotel, has been serving up seafood to locals and hotel guests since 1933. The nautically themed space looks like it was transplanted from a coastal fishing town, with mounted stuffed fish, weather vanes and more. Signature seafood offerings include red snapper-laced Bookbinder soup, lobster thermidor, Dover sole (filleted tableside by veteran staffers), crab cakes with mustard sauce and Alaskan crab legs with drawn butter, plus a few meaty offerings like a filet mignon and a surf and turf combo.
