This Forest Park spot is a sister location of Bucktown's Euro-chic Caffe de Luca. Character reigns inside, with exposed brick, bright glass lanterns and antique mirrors, while there's also umbrella-covered outdoor seating and a second floor bar is open late on weekends for drinks and dessert. Brunch dishes include eggs Florentine with crab and omelets stuffed with fresh ingredients such as artichokes, goat cheese, asparagus or prosciutto, while the lunch and dinner menus offer everything from gourmet paninis to lamb osso bucco. Decadent desserts range from Italian bread pudding with white-chocolate mocha sauce to a homemade brownie topped with pistachio gelato, and there's a long list of after-dinner coffee drinks spiked with flavored liqueurs.
