At Cafe Bourbon, the United Nations of coffeehouses in Lincoln Square, grilled sausages, Balkan delicacies and ice cream attract a clientele of Muslims, Christians, Serbs, Croats, Macedonians, Turks, Germans and French. The coffee is made from beans stone-ground into a very fine powder that is perfect for Turkish and Greek coffees as well as espresso. Fresh roasted beans are also sold in bulk. The menu lists filet mignon and cappuccino cheesecake as well as salads--sapska (tomatoes, pickles, peppers and feta) and taratar (yogurt, pickles and garlic). The Bourbon sandwich is made with Italian prosciutto, sour cream, tomatoes and pickles. There's also a small breakfast menu.
