This Berwyn outpost is the flagship location of the popular Buona chain, which has served the Chicago area since the early '80s. The Italian beef, created from a family recipe, is served in its natural gravy with a blend of spices on a fresh-baked Italian roll and comes in 5, 7- and 9-inch sizes.
